He is the founder and brains behind the creation of DRAZO in 2010. He is extremely passionate about logistics and technology aimed at solving the complexities involved in Africa's supply chain. With over 19 years experience in the industry having worked with top freight forwarders in Europe, Asia and Africa he more than often refers to himself as a "logistics GURU". He overlooks research, development and identification of new business opportunities - including new regions, growth sectors, trends, customers, partnerships, products and services. He further monitors training and continuous development of managers and staff, assist in talent identification and onboarding, evaluating performance and productivity that might involve coordinating the development of KPIs and functions of the direct reports. Basically he is the heartbeat of the company.
